About the Role

Infillion is looking to add a VP Product leader to its growing product team in the US. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer the VP of Product Management, Media Products will be instrumental in the design and implementation of strategies ensuring Infillion’s market leadership in the Media space. This role will be responsible for the suite of products, platforms, and tech and high-performing team of Product Managers that will continue Infillion's overall product portfolio’s rapid growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and grow a team of high-performing Product Managers.
  • Define the vision and roadmap for the Media business including TrueX attention-based interactive video ads, location-data powered ads, brand lift, and footfall attribution measurement solutions, and new product development
  • Partner with the engineering and technical leads to prioritize the roadmap and estimate realistic delivery timelines.
  • Partner with our Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, and enablement.
  • Interface with customers and the community for feedback to develop product insights.
  • Capture market competitive and trend data and inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to own and deliver a product roadmap, establishing criteria for success and using them for data-driven decisions, and ensuring fast agile, high-quality releases.

What you have

  • MBA preferred with 10-15 years of experience.
  • History of leading product teams working on advertising products that have been through a comparable growth stage.
  • Strong ad tech and ad network background, in related domains such as CTV and interactive video, first-party data.
  • Experience operating at scale in a product leadership role in similar companies, with ad products targeting agency and brand customers.
  • A player-coach who can drive high-level strategy and execute alongside their team to deliver the needs of the customer first
  • High EQ: bring technical and business acumen, compassion to the team, and someone who can help scale Infillion to the next level
  • A low-ego and open-minded driver of business who cares deeply about their people. A natural problem solver.
  • Intellectually curious, player-coach with a drive towards the end-user
  • Experience leading product management for multiple product lines. Can point to clear articulation of ownership and decision making across the product team and the broader organization to drive business outcomes
  • Cultural ambassador who has attracted, retained, and developed diverse Product teams
