The Position:

Socialive is seeking a technical product owner for the engineering team to help us define and execute technology strategy on critical projects that span multiple teams and execution cycles. As a technical product owner, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with architects and managers to build and own the long-term technical roadmap, identifying and prioritizing high-impact projects across engineering.
  • Using adaptive leadership skills to collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders per-project, and driving forward the definition, scope, and requirements for implementation across multiple engineering teams.
  • Ensuring a highly visible roadmap, driving forward transparent communication with clear deliverables and target milestones.
  • Maintaining a focus on best-in-class engineering principles and processes, from code architecture and quality to agile processes and ceremonies.

Technologies you’ll work with and experience you’ll ideally bring:

  • 3 or more years of technical/engineering experience in agile/scrum environments
  • Work breakdown and backlog maintenance for scrum team execution
  • Building and supporting SaaS products in the cloud (AWS)
  • Working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

This position is 100% remote, based in the US.
