About the Role
We are looking for an experienced product marketer to join our Account Experience vertical and lead our marketing function as we continue to grow our relationship with our users. This role, in relation to the GoodRx account, will be crucial in getting the go-to-market, positioning, and launch follow-ups correct. This role will partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, BI, and Data Science to make sure that we create the right distribution channels for our product development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans for the larger features on owned and operated channels
- Write the narrative for the GoodRx account and its value to our company and users in a way that resonates with the pains and goals of the customer
- Collaborate with Product & Design to create touchpoints within the customer journey for the whole account experience across GoodRx products
- Develop personalized highly-relevant (personalized) messaging strategies concurrent with appropriate content and promotional messaging
- Identify new opportunities to increase the top of the funnel as we attempt to reach new audiences
- Help create the launch plan and develop clear and actionable KPIs that the team uses to influence decision making
- Work with Business Intelligence, Data, and User Research to build customer profiles as we continue to add value to the GoodRx registered product
- Help develop and execute an innovative marketing strategy that derives maximum benefit across all segments, e.g. in-pharmacy, direct mail, etc
- Act as a liaison between Product and the rest of the traditional marketing outlets
- Work with SEO leads to build the strategy for the GoodRx account and healthcare hub experience
- Work with creative to help build customer content, e.g. videos, copy, photography, illustrations
- Coordinate with other channel and marketing teams to ensure seamless message integration, including editorial
- Track, analyze and report on individual campaign results and roll up into bigger picture trends
- Track and manage marketing performance and budget
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience driving cross-channel strategy across email, push, in-app message, and SMS
- In-depth experience working with Braze or other cross-channel marketing platforms
- Prior experience collaborating with team members and various stakeholders
- Experience overseeing products throughout their entire lifecycle
- Experience making data-based decisions and have a great understanding of A/B testing and data analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience building, executing, and scaling marketing programs from concept to completion
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize marketing programs
- Proven success working cross-functionally to execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of experimental design, ability to set tests in Optimizely and optimize independently
- Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers
- Experience with behavioral analytics using Amplitude
- Experience with SQL and using queries to extract and analyze data
