 Product Management at CREXi is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap in order to realize our mission of making commercial real estate transactions easy. As a Senior Product manager, you will own creating product requirements, and coordinate with the technical team, design, marketing and sales teams to develop and design end to end experiences. You will monitor and react to customer and consumer needs and feedback, constantly improving and increasing the delivery of value through a world-class user experience.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Collaborate with leaders and representatives across the organization to translate the company objectives and strategy into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap
  • Rally and lead a cross-functional team to ensure we implement the product vision efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain and prioritize a product backlog and ensure that new features and enhancements are validated by evidence and clearly specified
  • Write complete, detailed product specifications and ensure clear communication of requirements to the business, design, and, especially, engineering teams
  • Monitor adoption, usage and revenue impact of new products and features and report to stakeholders as necessary
  • Engage with customers through a variety of channels and serve as the voice of the customer internally
  • Strive to deliver high-quality technology products/services in a very high growth environment where priorities and structures shift rapidly

 

Who You Are

 

  • 4+ years product management experience shipping compelling features in technology-driven companies
  • 2+ years experience in online commerce, social networking, and/or SaaS
  • Passionate about building great products and CREXi’s mission
  • Advocate for and able to empathize with the user
  • Analytical and work well with engineers. CS background a plus
  • Persuasive communicator and effective in soliciting and accepting feedback
  • Steeped in grit. You do whatever it takes to get stuff done
  • You are respected by your team by exhibiting great leadership and doing great work

CREXi's work-life balance is ideal in my opinion. The expectation is to come in, put in the time and get your job done. There are high job expectations for each role. How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

I have an open door policy. I also like to walk around the office regularly and chat with the team. We also do monthly company-wide meetings. Another way I make myself accessible is by doing brown bag lunches with employees.
