As a Senior Product Manager of Customer Acquisition, you will drive strategy and roadmap that propels new customer growth from referrals and new channels. The ideal candidate will create experiences to engage customers and increase conversion. Experimentation and rapid iteration are second nature to you. You’ll rely on both data and instincts to drive your next experiment and grow new channels.

What You'll Do

  • Own the planning and execution for Aspiration's banking products with a sense of autonomy, mastery, and purpose and ensure the roadmap is aligned with our customers
  • Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage with business stakeholders with minimal direction
  • Have POV on tradeoffs among these tools/approaches
  • Experience with conversion optimization, A/B tests, and user research
  • Experience with customer acquisition, churn, LTV, ROI, and re-engagement
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding of the latest mobile and web development technologies and their pros/cons
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to clearly communicate results and to define the next steps
  • Experience in Segment, Amplitude, and Looker a plus
  • Mobile app and attribution experience a plusPerform qualitative and quantitative research to identify, prioritize, and iterate on opportunities across products and departments to help our customers make a conscious impact
  • Collaborate with a team of thoughtful, entrepreneurial, and customer-obsessed product managers
  • Drive end-to-end product development with a team of world-class designers, engineers, and analysts
  • Ensure that Aspiration customers have an intuitive, reliable, and expeditious experience when managing their finances

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Startup/tech company experience a plus
  • Experience building, launching, and managing banking products, preferably with a focus on customer acquisition and onboarding
  • Ability to lead the stakeholders and the broader team with humility and an optimistic, positive attitude
  • A primal obsession with our customer’s financial success
  • Startup/tech company experience a plus
