Senior Product Manager at Edmunds
Design, develop and implement user retention strategies and delivering against aggressive KPIs around revisitation, lead conversion, and lead closing. Use SQL and other platforms to develop revenue attribution and generate KPI reports. Help segment users, inform product features, and design campaign strategies for users to re-visit site and complete car purchase process. Research and pilot new email and multi-channel strategies in support of email and retention tasks. Design and manage various lead generation, lifecycle, and retention marketing campaigns from development to execution. Measure and optimize campaign performance against competitive benchmarks. Oversee QA, A/B testing, email template design, call-to-action functionality, and content vs. inventory capability. Implement advanced personalization, multi-channel communication functionality and integration with social/video platforms.
Requires: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and 3 years’ experience as above or as a subject matter expert or systems engineer.
