Opportunity
Auctm is a recently acquired product in the Ylopo portfolio. It provides real estate team managers with turnkey analytics to help manage their agents, leads, and team performance to improve conversions, sales, and agent accountability.
We are looking to hire a skilled Senior Product Manager to:

• Lead this product from the early stages of product-market-fit to the #1 solution in the industry within their first year.
• Grow the user base, from 60 of the top teams in industry to 1,000+ top teams (10x growth) within the next year.
• Assess potential product ideas' value, usability, feasibility, and viability with Engineering and Business.
• Own product direction from vision & strategy to overseeing the end-to-end product development process.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders for an analytics product
• Identify, define, build, launch, and iterate on features that add value for our customers
• Develop detailed product requirements and user stories with success metrics
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process including QA-ing features and/or verifying test cases with QA team
• Collect and review customer feedback and feature usage metrics to recommend future improvements
• Collaborate with diff departments to launch features, includes: training product support team, working with marketing team on feature announcements, defining rollout strategy for customers, driving conversations around operations workflow...etc
• Work autonomously and be able to take ownership of product prioritization decisions

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional product management experience working on SaaS application products
• Strong communication and leadership skills to steer stakeholders' buy in and alignment
• Strong project management and organizational skills to drive projects forward and facilitate collaboration across all teams
• Demonstrated ability to use performance and usage metrics to make informed decisions and prioritization
• Diligent with documenting and building shared understanding with all team members and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• A self-starter mindset, you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and figure things out

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience with analytics or reporting tools, dashboards e.g building features that turn data into valuable insights and intuitive reports for users to consume. Opportunity to work with data scientist generating models for predictive analyses and scores in the future
