Senior Product Manager - Integrations
The CreatorIQ product management team is looking for a talented and experienced product leader who is passionate about user experience and solving customer challenges through partner integrations. The Sr. Product Manager - Integrations will work closely with our team of talented software engineers, designers, and data engineers to deliver new features and product enhancements. What you’ll do:
- Work directly with cross-functional teams to build out custom REST API services
- Engage with and represent the voice of the user to internal stakeholders, by developing deep understanding of all relevant user types through qualitative and quantitative research
- Proactively identifying, building the business case for, and proposing the features/initiatives that can make the product even more successful
- Prioritize product enhancements and customer requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment
- Work with Product Marketing on market research and GTM
- Sell product to internal and external stakeholders to create awareness and build mindshare
- Travel to client sites to perform new integrations into the platform and train end-users on platform
- Work with development teams on new feature development
- Manage engineering teams and ensure proper delivery timelines
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- The Technical Product Manager must have at least 3 years experience
- Strong background leading new integrations on SaaS software platforms
- In-depth knowledge (technical and usage) of one or more major business applications (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, etc.) You will know their API at a high level and also the relevant business processes within them
- Experience working directly with end-users on client sites to gathering feedback on feature development
- Leading cross-functional development teams and keep driving product timetables
- Comfortable with occasional travel to client sites
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field
- The successful candidate must be a problem solver, analytical and a team player
