FabFitFun is searching for a Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Manager to join our team! The E-Comm team is growing and we are excited to add another seasoned individual who will help source amazing Women’s lifestyle products for our membership flash sales, while building and maintaining relationships with our current E-Comm partners and vendors. We are looking for an individual with E-Comm sales experience across all categories under the women's lifestyle umbrella and a demonstrated track record of finalizing and securing deals. Ideal candidates are a jack of all trades who have proven merchant experience with mass, luxury, and specialty retail brands. 

What You’ll Do:

• Source and curate high-quality products within beauty, fashion, fitness, home, tech, and overall Women’s lifestyle categories for our membership flash sales
• Structure deals and lead negotiations with E-Comm partners and vendors
• Use trends and knowledge about the competitive landscape to develop a strategic vision for potential new brands and product lines
• Work closely with our internal departments and Brand Partners on contracts and product related issues
• Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships and Account Management teams on new E-Comm contracts with brands from the seasonal subscription box
• Build and cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts
• Track and analyze weekly and monthly data to ensure sales targets and E-Comm KPI’s are met
• Attend trade shows to research upcoming trends, and source relevant brands and products

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years E-Comm merchant experience within the Women’s fashion, lifestyle and/or beauty space
• Preferred cross-category experience within an E-Comm flash sale environment 
• Existing knowledge and relationships within the industry
• Ability to navigate complex business issues, and find creative ways to solve problems
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related-field
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively throughout an organization and across cross-functional teams
• Proven success developing and scaling new revenue growth opportunities
• Confidence handling multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
• Entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset that can thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Keynote, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
