As a Product Trainer, your main responsibility will be to ensure our users are feeling comfortable and confident with their new technology. You will be actively working to provide engaging and authentic lessons to educators across the nation on our suite of products. Being able to think critically about lessons and how to adapt to most effectively provide training is crucial for this position.

What You'll Do

• Provide trainings to a varied set of audiences on our suite of products
• Become an expert in our product, value proposition, and best practices to effectively articulate and support all product trainings
• Adapt lessons to match the specific needs of the customers
• Create new training materials and design lessons to further knowledge and comfort with each individual product
• Collaborate with team members and product stakeholders to relay relevant product concerns
• Document each customer’s life cycle through their training journey

Who You Are

• Prior experience in software training, K-12 teaching, adult education, coaching, or live facilitation
• Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust with a diverse customer base and leads with patience and empathy
• Confident communicator who is able to relay a message in an approachable but direct manner
• Someone who enjoys a face paced environment but can thrive during down times by assessing what gaps need to be filled and taking action to fill those gaps
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment; adaptable to shift priorities quickly
• Someone who is willing to learn as they go and isn’t afraid to accept feedback to improve
