Job Description
The eCommerce Experience Team is seeking a Product Manager 2 responsible for Nordstrom's Mobile App Platform and Performance toolset.This Product Manager is part of a key team managing delivery and oversight of platform wide capabilities that empower mobile app engineers and enable significant business value for Nordstrom and its customers. They will also work across multiple teams to set and deliver speed and performance objectives.
The Product Manager 2 is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs and delivering key features, functionality and programs for Nordstrom.
The Nordstrom Product Management team is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. To accomplish that, product managers plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
A day in the life...
The Product Manager 2 is a solid practitioner of digital product management competencies and will work, with some management oversight, on the following:

• Define OKRs (objectives and key results) to communicate vision, priorities, and success metrics for Mobile App Platform

• Measure and monitor performance across iOS and Android apps for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack
• Identify opportunities and develop annual roadmap for mobile app platform and performance
• Develop a/b testing plans and reporting strategies with analytics partners
• Prioritize backlog of features to improve Mobile App Platform functionality through continuous iteration across the platforms and work with engineering to ensure objectives are maintained.
• Conducts data-driven analyses to continuously maintain a pulse on
  performance and the state of the business

You own this if you have...

• Minimum 3+ years' experience of product management experience required, technology or ecommerce company preferred
• Bachelors' degree in related discipline is required
• Ability to define, measure and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities

• Technical background and understanding of software development principles, including Agile development and a/b testing
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as analytics, engineering, user experience, and business strategy
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Colorado: $99,000 - $153,500 annually
Nevada: $99,000 - $153,500 annually
