The Role

• Take ideas and bring them to life
• Make onboarding exceptional
• Improve UX and ease of use
• Manage the product feedback board (Canny)
• Be the source of truth for product questions, plans, and our vision
• Work every day with the CEO
• Work directly with a one-of-a-kind team of designers to bring your ideas to life
• Survey customers to determine product changes and feature planning
• A/B test product changes and features

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct product experience
• Experience with analytics and data-driven decisions especially A/B testing product changes
• Experience with creating onboarding flows
• A complete understanding of the product
• Prototyping features, flows, and ideas

Desirable

• A power user of productivity apps
• Design experience
