Product Manager

Centerfield develops intelligent Big Data driven marketing and sales technology utilizing real time biddable media (RTB), automated call routing and customized scripting. Our proprietary platform, Dugout, combined with our 1500 person sales and retention center delivers new customers at scale to many of the leading brands worldwide.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, energetic and collaborative product manager to join our team. You will be responsible for launching new products, maximizing revenue and margin from existing products, and deeply understanding the needs of our internal and external stakeholders. This is a cross-functional role that requires excellent communication and proven results shipping mission-critical products with groups such as engineering, design, operations, data science, legal, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop product strategy and vision
  • Define and develop detailed business requirements and user stories
  • Work cross-functionally to quickly iterate and launch experiments
  • Proactively identify growth and retention opportunities
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between different roadmap initiatives
  • Develop and manage product KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally to build consensus on products that are being planned, developed and launched
  • Lead and mentor product management team members

Skills/Attributes Required

  • 3-5 years of digital product management experience
  • 1 year of conversion-focused experience
  • Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high growth
  • Hands-on knowledge and in depth understanding of Agile product development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban etc.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Experience and ability to learn and understand technical concepts
  • Solid understanding and experience driving requirements for API products and API integrations

Skills/Attributes Desired

  • Experience with B2C web experiences or ecommerce is strongly preferred
  • Experience with voice technology a plus (Twilio, etc)
  • Working knowledge of basic SQL to access data in RDBMS (MySQL, MS SQL)
  • Experience using Tableau
