As a Product Manager, you’ll be a member of a growing product and design team responsible for creating products that service music venues, festivals, event promoters, and fans. This is a full-time salaried position in Los Angeles, CA.

Your Role:

  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap by analyzing how feature requests and improvements fit into the overall business strategy
  • Collect data by interviewing users and stakeholders and analyzing competitor offerings
  • Write and communicate product requirements to developers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Work with development and QA teams to deliver features
  • Plan beta tests with clients and gather feedback
  • Be an ambassador for See Tickets products internally and externally by creating training materials with clarity on what a product can and cannot do
  • Become an expert in See Tickets products

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in web, mobile, and/or digital products
  • BA/BS in relevant field
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for technology, best practices, and research
  • Proven leadership and strategic ability to drive product development
  • Previous experience managing product requirements, deliverables, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High energy and capable of multitasking
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented
  • Ability to talk through product solutions and intake feedback
  • A passion for music and entertainment
  • eCommerce experience is a plus
