System1 is looking for a senior product manager to lead the roadmap and execution for our website products. We are a fast-growing and profitable company looking to scale our owned-and-operated websites to keep pace with the business. The ideal person is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of evolving business needs. This role will report directly to the VP of Product and help build out a strong, goal-oriented, agile development team.

The Role You Will Have

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of user-centered and business needs-driven websites
• Understand key stakeholder needs and design products to achieve goals
• Manage agile processes for multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Ensure product is developed to meet business goals and customer needs
• Own the definition, tracking, and reporting on KPIs for all products
• Responsible for team execution and delivering on stated milestones

What You Will Bring

• 3-5 years of product experience with building engaging websites
• Strong knowledge of web architecture and REST API
• Have built websites that generate revenue from display advertising
• Engineering or computer science education and/or relevant technical background
• Strong background of increasing responsibilities and clear success in delivering products
• Excellent written, verbal, and leadership skills
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
