About the role

As an integral member of the Product team, you will have the opportunity to drive all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from discovery and research down to execution, delivery and analysis. We need you to help us forge a new path in the Direct-to-Consumer market by helping us build out our eCommerce platform. We’re looking for a startup-minded, scrappy person who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

The impact you will have:

• Collaborate with the product, design and engineering teams to build customer focused products and features
• Help manage roadmap prioritization and product discoveryWork cross-functionally to bring things to market as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Documentation! You are meticulous about documenting, from meeting notes to functional specs. Remote work requires extra attention to detail to be successful. 
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to understand the customer

What you bring to the table:

• 2-3 years of product and/or project management experience in a software company; eCommerce experience is a bonus!
• A drive to learn, grow and solve problems
• Ability to mobilize others towards a common goal
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, etc.) - able to break down complex concepts into easily digestible information for different audiences 
• Strong stakeholder management: Development, Design, Brand, Marketing, Operations...Ability to execute at a high level with a sense of urgency
• Empathy for the customer and improving their experience
