Product Manager, Paid Media
CreatorIQ is looking for a Product Manager, Paid Media who will be part of our product team influencing the future roadmap of CreatorIQ products. This person will be responsible for both product planning and product execution. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams, to deliver winning products. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager will work under the guidance of the Director of Product & Program Management and is expected to be fully accountable for projects/tasks assigned from inception to post-implementation. Day to day work involves close collaboration with technical and business teams, UX/UI and R&D counterparts to define detailed product and functional requirements.
You will own the product vision and strategy for our Paid Media and be responsible for conceiving and shipping impactful solutions that drive measurable client success. More than just defining enhancements and new features, you will be responsible for the business of your product and creating the conditions for rapid revenue growth.

What you’ll do:
- Build B2B SaaS software that helps our clients win. .
- Regularly engage internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and experience with the product
- Convert feedback and strategic vision into detailed functional specs and user stories. Write internal and external-facing documentation for existing and upcoming products
- Use research and data to measure product performance and guide roadmap priorities
- Work across functions to ensure teams are aligned to support new product launches and minimize clients’ time-to-value
- Stay abreast of current technology and design trends among leading Networks and enterprise platform companies
What you have:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager with proven ability to specify and deliver quality products
- Ad tech, social media influencer or social listener industry experience is required
- Project management, driving and communication skills, effectively managing projects and working cross team
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively, including proven ability to work closely with overseas teams (early hours may be required)
- Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Strong advantage to experience in Agile development environments
- Strong presentation skills
