THE JOB:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our SEO strategy, SEM landing page execution, and optimization efforts throughout the product funnel. 

The perfect person for the job is excited to move fast, continuously test and learn, think at scale, and loves delighting customers through technology and customer experiences. 

WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO:

•  Own A/B testing roadmap from landing page to e-commerce transaction including setup, execution, synthesis and circulation of results, and continuous ideation. 
• Shepherd SEO efforts including landing page design and iteration, working closely with marketing to support content generation and increase page relevance. 
• Lead strategy and spec generation for turning data into relevant consumable user content tailored to the long tail. 
• Setup and Manage KPI reporting for all landing pages, accountable for driving increased unpaid search traffic and increased conversion on paid traffic. 
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and basic wireframes. 
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. 
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. 
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and continuously deliver products that delight users 
• Drive product launches including working marketing team, operations team, executives, and product management team members 
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience through field activities such as visiting repair shops, riding-along with field mechanics, and talking with car owners. 

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, ideally in a technical discipline 
• 3-8 years of proven experience in product management working across agile or lean Kanban teams, managing a ticket backlog in JIRA or similar platform. 
• Proven track record of optimizing landing pages and growing unpaid search traffic through intelligent page generation. 
• Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies as well as standard testing statistics and concepts. 
• Experience with a major A/B testing platform, VWO experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-direction, cross-team communication 
• Great team player with a self-starter attitude
