A FinOps Product Manager with deep expertise in financial tooling, infrastructure, and concepts. This person will strive for efficiency and have a passion for problem solving in creative ways. The FinOps Product Manager will be responsible for building out a large suite of enterprise tooling to automate and optimize FP&A, accounting and NetSuite. The ideal candidate detail oriented, a communicator with the ability to focus on the big picture, have a deep knowledge of the details that are involved in reaching the overall goal, and will understand the importance of quality and quantity. 

What you’ll do…

• Plan and manage financial systems and features rollouts.
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Finance, and Development teams to ensure they provide a cross collaborative voice to ensure financial needs are appropriately taken into consideration as we continue to build our product.
• Deeply understand AvantStay’s operations and goals in order to help drive cross functional change and make the right decisions for our financial infrastructure.
• Drive innovation, definition, results planning (roadmap) and design of new AvantStay products and product features to deliver against team and company goals.
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring…

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or another related financial field
• 4+ years experience in a finance or PM role; Experience in management information systems (MIS), computer science, or a related engineering field a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work across both internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Ability to effectively shift focus between day-to-day details and the longer term schedule
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Legal right to work in the United States.
