Product Lead for Cross-Device Experience will be accountable for building long term strategy to ensure Miro is successfully used across all the platforms and devices, innovating in discovering new platform/device-specific use cases and delivering best in class experience to Miro platform users across the globe. 

What you’ll do

  • Form a long term vision and strategy for mobile, tablet, large screen and other devices products based on understanding the market trends, usage data and innovative approach
  • Build and deliver roadmap for Cross-Device Experience
  • Scale the team that is working on cross-device experience and grow its competences
  • Build and scale operational processes within your area of responsibility and contribute to overall product engineering practices
  • Oversee product delivery within cross-device experience
  • Communicate strategy, tactics, and progress to the team and stakeholders

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years' product management experience, 3+ in mobile/tablet apps, 3+ years' people management experience, design experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in products with high bar in visual design and user experience, user-centric approach
  • Strong track record of achieving product success in mobile/tablet space
  • Deep understanding of mobile platforms and strong understanding of building user experience for them
  • Understanding of apps distribution models and growth strategies and tactics for them
  • Strong design and user experience 
  • Highly analytical
  • Working with cross-functional team and multiple stakeholders, strong execution skills
  • Advanced English
  • Empathetic
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • No ego
