FabFitFun is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join the House Brands Team at our West Hollywood HQ! Reporting to the Director, Product Development - Fashion & Lifestyle, this role will help support product development from concept to launch. Many people know us for our seasonal subscription box, but this is an exciting opportunity to support our growing list of apparel and lifestyle house brands, including: Summer & Rose, Chic & Tonic, and  xo, Sienna. The ideal candidate will have experience managing project timelines, and conceptualizing the creative strategy for new and existing product assortments. 

What You’ll Do:

• Help to support the product development process across fashion accessories, home and fitness
• Conduct trend analysis and competitive research for new brand and product launches 
• Assist in curation of the assortment of seasonal product offering.
• Maintain product information in company system, create purchase orders
• Collect samples and costing from sourcing department while maintaining a database of product-related information 
• Help coordinate samples as needed for meetings, retail partners, photoshoots, etc. 
• Work closely with the in-house Creative team to create product and packaging specs
• Present product information to key internal groups in a comprehensive, clear and tactical manner
• Pull weekly reports on development timelines and closely track the development process
• Assist with special projects for the department as necessary

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-3 years of product development or production experience with a background in fashion apparel, accessories, or home
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field preferred 
• Proficient understanding of the complexity of the product development life cycle, including: development, sampling, costing, packaging and production
• Strong communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
• Extreme attention to detail, creative and critical thinking skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach and positive attitude
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
