Weāre looking for a Product Designer to help us launch our next big startups and tech innovations. You will work in highly collaborative and agile product environment alongside engineering, product, design, and project management teams. You will be responsible for designing immersive and highly engaging experiences. To that end, you will own the full cycle of design: user research, persona definition, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes.

- Participate in brainstorming and development with product managers on product concepts
- Conduct user research and test hypotheses
- Develop conceptual diagrams, interaction flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- Present and communicate design work to the project team
- Above all, have fun creating the next big thing
What you need to succeed šØ šļø š„ļøš± šŖ
- A portfolio featuring your design work ā let your work speak for itself
- 4+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, UI designer, or similar UX-related role
- Demonstrated experience building consumer facing mobile apps and web sites
- Bachelorās degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related degree
- Strong consumer product instincts
- Pragmatic design philosophy
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to use human-centered product discovery methods to infer product design
- Experience building products in an Agile software development environment
- Strong leadership skills to drive projects to completion
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure, Zeplin, and other design tools
