Remote-first
Since March 2020, our Zoomers have worked remotely and reported an overall better work-life balance with more time for family and personal wellness.
At the end of 2021, LegalZoom made the official commitment to being a remote-first company. Remote-first means that there is no expectation that Zoomers come into an office for a fixed number of days outside of those employees identified as essential onsite workers. While we remain a remote-first culture, our local offices have evolved as collaboration spaces for Zoomers to meet and engage in person.
Overview
Are you a Product leader who is customer-obsessed and passionate about creating new businesses? Then this could be the opportunity for you.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Billing & Entitlements initiatives. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy and execution of how we support both business and personal products at LegalZoom in a multi-tenant, multi-product environment across 50 US jurisdictions. You'll sweat the details, work side by side with the team, and lead with a high say/do ratio.
This is a strategic role with an opportunity to make a big impact in the lives of our customers and drive huge business impact.
You will

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Fulfillment business
• Be intimately connected to our customers and be the champion and voice of our customers
• Learn fast, fail fast mindset - move with speed levering lean methodology practices
• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams using data to tell stories
• Leverage data and insights to drive e2e customer experience
• Work with product marketing, design, engineering, data, etc. to successfully deliver products to market

You have

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of tech industry product management experience;
• 3+ years of multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription and billing/payments experience required; tax, auditing, compliance and fraud (detection and/or prevention) experience preferred.
• Proven track record of building and delivering successful products
• Results-driven leader who is fearless about execution, can champion a vision and roadmap, and is not afraid to dig into the details with the front-line team
• Data-driven mindset with proven experience utilizing metrics & insights as tools for informed decision-making
• Ability to leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to transform challenging user experience and business and technology problems into actionable paths
• Proven track record of developing cross-functional partnerships across the organization

For onsite roles or roles that require periodic onsite visits, LegalZoom requires all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
