Junior Product Manager - Internal Tools
FabFitFun, one of the fastest growing companies in L.A. and the U.S. according to Inc, Forbes and E&Y, is seeking a Junior Product Manager to be an early member of our growing Product team with opportunity for huge impact on the company. We are at a critical growth stage, meaning that we have the opportunity to build an amazing digital experience for our growing member base, including exciting social and community features. As a Junior Product Manager, you would sit at the intersection of the digital and physical experience, and work closely across teams to help drive the overall product vision.
Specifically we’re looking for someone to help support the creation and implementation of internal tools/systems needed by various departments within FabFitFun.
What you’ll do:
- Support Product Managers in the ideation, development and execution of the product roadmap
- Define new features and optimizations by gathering requirements, writing user stories and analyzing data to drive product insights
- Work closely with design and engineering to implement and test stories before release
- Collaborate regularly with multiple teams within FFF to identify and address real-time issues
- Prioritize and address product needs from stakeholders across the organization while acting as a resource for existing product features
- Support the day-to-day digital operations of the company such as the configuration of customer-facing features and internal tools
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- At least 1-2 years of product management, project management, e-commerce or business strategy-related experience (will consider rockstar recent graduates!)
- Self starter who can take on and execute projects with little direction
- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with many live operational demands
- Team player - we’re a tight knit team and do what it takes to get things done!
- Strong project management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Basic coding in HTML/CSS, PHP, Javascript, etc.
- Photoshop experience or equivalent
- Experience with WooCommerce, Magento, or similar Ecommerce platforms
- SQL / data analysis experience
