Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social:
Reformation is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on Paid Social and test channels. The role will join the Growth Marketing team. The team is focused on amplifying the organic success of Reformation, and this role will play a crucial part in helping the organization realize wins. The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and optimizing a paid social strategy for customer acquisition and revenue growth through managed channels. The day-to-day will vary, but the right candidate is analytical, strategic, and operational with a desire to see the tangible impact of his or her efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Own strategy for customer acquisition on paid social and test channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Manage creative and on-site testing plans rooted in data-driven decisions
- Guide segmentation and audience development across channels
- Scale spend and customer acquisition across platforms with a mind for the full-funnel
- Oversee platform partnerships and maintain strong relationships with account teams
- Share creative learnings and best practices with creative partners with an emphasis on optimization and funnel steps
- Deepen team understanding of conversion and customer acquisition marketing paths
- See strategy through execution - implement and launch marketing campaigns, working across key platforms and monitor to adjust and improve KPIs
- Report to leadership and key stakeholders on paid social KPIs
- Ensure that everything Reformation communicates is unique, thoughtful and on-brand
What You’ll Need:
- BA/BS in business, economics, mathematics, or related field
- 4-6 years of paid social experience in a fast-growing consumer company
- Strong analytical approach to customer and revenue growth
- Proven experience in designing and building data-driven, automated marketing programs
- Experience leading and mentoring high performance team
- Deep familiarity with marketing platforms, ecommerce KPIs, attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and analytics tools
- Strong team-player who can work well across multiple cross-functional teams
