We are looking for highly driven and analytical candidates to help drive organic customer acquisition part of our business. We are in the process of growing one of the largest insurance comparison search marketplaces as we raise the bar for our online exposure through paid and organic search channels. We are looking for an Experienced SEO Director to design and execute our SEO strategy for our insurance websites. You should have a solid understanding of SEO, content development, website structure, SEO tracking tools, and web analytics. The ideal candidate is an expert in both onsite and offsite SEO with a proven track record of achieving results in a highly competitive niche.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall SEO strategy, ensuring it is central to the company’s overall growth plan, and oversee its proper execution
  
• Build and manage a team SEO Analysts and content writers
• Develop content, keyword and link building strategy
  
• Develop standards for site meta tagging & crawlability
• Work with our data science teams on reporting and analytics
• Overall responsibility for increasing volume and managing quality of organic search traffic

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as a manager or director of SEO in a highly competitive B2C industry
• Strong understanding of search engine indexing standards
• Strong understanding of HTML meta-tagging and microdata schema standards
• A proven track record of scaling organic rankings 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a fast-paced team
