FabFitFun is looking for a Digital Merchandiser to join our growing Merchandising Department! This role will report to the Director of Collections & Trend, and be at the forefront of the FabFitFun website and messaging - how our customers see us and what we would like them to feel. This will be a unique merchandising opportunity that will allow this person to be creative, as well as at the forefront of trend as they will help kick-off seasonal trend planning with the merchandising org.

What You’ll Do:

Curate featured collections across all digital merchandising and marketing assets
Communicate overarching creative strategy to cross-functional teams (Photo/Design) for execution of on-site banners, site assets, email creative, etc
Support the project management of digital projects from initial briefing and requirements scoping through development, sign-off, QA, and launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time
Perform seasonal trend research alongside the Director, presenting out information quarterly to the wider Merchandising and Creative organizations
Develop testing methods and a suite of content-related KPIs while relaying information back to Merchandising team
Assist Site Merchandising team with sale setup needs related to missing/incorrect imagery leading up to the launch of any flash sale events
Support the execution and efficiency of content updates
Provide mentorship to supporting members of the team and contribute to their development/onboarding

What You’ll Bring:

3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced E-commerce environment (flash sales environment experience is a plus!)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Merchandising, Marketing, Business)
Basic HTML
Previous experience in E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce)
Working knowledge with CMS (Adobe, Bloomreach) and web analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude)
Prior experience with A/B testing
Ability to identify issues and take initiative to problem solve with applicable teams
Capability to work independently, as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to meet deadlines
