We are looking for a talented Product Designer for our leading product in our team. We need a driven and open-minded person who wants to take part in something big and assumes responsibility and execution for the success of an innovative eCommerce automation platform.
As a Product Designer, you’ll be working closely with the product and R&D teams for the goal of taking AutoDS to new heights. You will be involved with each and every aspect of our product, designing end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation and you will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.
Job Type: Remote, full-time.
Responsibilities
- Develop UI/UX designs based on user research and benchmarking to support optimal decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with the Product and Dev Team to facilitate design discussions and provide feedback in planning and product channels.
- Create design concepts and wireframes focused on conversion optimization and user engagement.
- Knowledge of accessibility principles and mobile-first design methodologies.
- Immerse deeply in the product to propose and develop improved UX flows.
- Utilize and enhance our design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity visuals, and clickable prototypes for your features.
- Pay close attention to the nuances of our product legacy, maintaining a high standard of design and functionality.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI trends and incorporate these into our designs to enhance user experience.
- Conduct surveys and utilize analytics to inform design decisions and improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer at a product company
- A portfolio that displays professional UI/UX design work across web and mobile web.
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems and Token Studio for Figma.
- Understanding of Ant Design Framework and components
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Experience working with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
- Capable of effectively presenting and advocating for one's own design work.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail – ensures all designs meet pixel-perfect standards before handoff.
- Time management – handles multiple projects and prioritizes fast-moving growth-related tasks efficiently.
