In partnership with Product Management leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the Product Strategy Deployment Manager will facilitate the governance and operating rhythms needed to drive clarity, accountability, and execution rigor across key initiatives. The role will also support the application of Lean strategy deployment principles, including standard work, visual management, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement, to improve organizational effectiveness and accelerate delivery against business priorities.

Essential Responsibilities
- Support Product Management leadership in translating strategic priorities into clear objectives, initiatives, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes
- Help define, implement, and sustain a structured strategy deployment framework for the Product Management organization, aligned to business priorities and operating plans
- Establish and facilitate the operating rhythm required to monitor execution, including regular reviews, leadership meetings, action tracking, and progress reporting
- Own and maintain a single point of truth for strategy deployment materials, including action plans, reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and governance documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities, coordination of interdependencies, and timely escalation of issues impacting execution
- Support annual and multi-year strategy deployment planning processes, helping translate top-level business priorities into functional objectives and execution plans
- Provide leadership with clear, fact-based visibility into execution health across initiatives through structured reporting, dashboards, and review mechanisms
- Support prioritization and coordination across initiative based workstreams rapidly developing outcomes for external stakeholders
- Help establish standard milestone structures, execution baselines, and tracking mechanisms to improve schedule visibility and delivery discipline across key initiatives
- Monitor progress against strategic priorities, identify risks, variances, and constraints, and support development of mitigation plans and corrective actions
- Support deployment of Lean management systems, including standard work, daily management, visual management, and structured problem-solving routines
- Help identify execution gaps, roadblocks, and organizational barriers, and support teams in resolving issues through structured follow-up and problem-solving approaches
- Support change management efforts associated with new processes, governance models, and ways of working within Product Management
- Develop visual dashboards and management review materials to support leadership decision-making, including trend analysis, leading indicators, and action tracking
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and fact-based decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 7 years of professional work experience
OR - High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of 11 years of professional work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy deployment, program management, PMO, business operations, project management, or a related role
- Experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives with multiple stakeholders, owners, and dependencies
- Experience developing and maintaining project/program tracking tools, dashboards, executive updates, and action-oriented reporting
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure, coordination, and execution discipline to complex initiatives in a matrixed environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in strategy deployment, Hoshin Kanri, Lean operating systems, or business transformation initiatives
- Prior experience supporting Product Management, business operations, commercial strategy, portfolio management, or cross-functional execution
- Familiarity with Lean tools and methods, including daily management, standard work, visual management, Kaizen, PDCA, and structured problem solving
- Experience supporting planning, schedule tracking, milestone management, or governance for product development, NPI, NTI, or related programs
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic priorities to operating execution
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively across leadership and operating teams
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive progress in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Smartsheet or other project/program management tools preferred
- Change management experience preferred

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $153,800.00 and $256,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
