About Madison Ave Consulting

Madison Ave Consulting is a Salesforce consulting partner specializing in the adoption, implementation, and deployment of cloud-based business technologies. We leverage a network of senior experts to provide organizations with exceptional service, with a singular goal: to help our clients achieve the success they envision.

Our team thrives on delivering strategic, results-driven solutions that align technology with evolving business needs. As technology evolves, we evolve with it, bringing deep domain knowledge, strong execution, and hands-on Salesforce expertise to every project.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Strategist to lead the market direction, messaging, and go-to-market efforts for our managed Salesforce product, Pulse. This is not a traditional Product Owner role focused on backlog grooming or agile ceremonies—instead, this role centers on competitive positioning, product evangelism, and strategic alignment with the Salesforce ecosystem and industry verticals like healthcare.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and Salesforce stakeholders to shape product messaging, lead high-impact demos, and define vertical-specific strategies that drive adoption. This role is ideal for someone who can connect market insight with product vision and confidently communicate that value to customers and partners.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Define go-to-market strategy for Pulse, focusing on verticals such as home care, behavioral health, and provider networks
  • Partner closely with Salesforce AEs and SEs to align positioning, drive pipeline, and support joint engagements
  • Develop and lead product demos, pitch narratives, and executive presentations tailored to client and industry needs
  • Monitor and analyze competitors (e.g., Veeva, Litify) to influence product messaging and strategic focus
  • Serve as a key external representative of Pulse at events, client meetings, and ecosystem engagements
  • Shape value propositions, collateral, and sales enablement content in partnership with marketing
  • Inform product direction by collecting market intelligence, customer feedback, and ecosystem trends
Needs and Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset and strong storytelling ability—a professional who knows the Salesforce platform and can guide both internal strategy and external messaging.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in product marketing, solution strategy, or Salesforce go-to-market planning
  • Are confident leading product demos, crafting messaging, and guiding strategic product discussions
  • Have a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including AppExchange and managed packages
  • Can analyze the competitive landscape and translate those insights into market-winning narratives
  • Are comfortable collaborating with Salesforce AEs, SEs, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • Have healthcare industry experience (particularly in home care or behavioral health)

While the ideal candidate will be fluent in the healthcare space, we’re also happy to speak with people who have touched the industry in some capacity or bring the relevant transferable skills to align with this role from day one.

This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in the U.S., with occasional travel expected for client engagements, events, and strategic opportunities.

Benefits
Why Madison Ave Consulting?
  • Join a high-performing team of seasoned Salesforce professionals
  • Be part of a growing consultancy rooted in healthcare and enterprise delivery
  • Enjoy flexible remote work, a collaborative and respectful culture, and a focus on professional growth
  • Work on meaningful Salesforce projects that drive real impact for clients
  • Represent Madison Ave at client engagements, Salesforce events, and industry conferences

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
