About Us

Office Puzzle is an all-in-one platform that helps behavioral health, therapy, and home health providers focus on client care by simplifying scheduling, documentation, billing, and compliance. We reduce the administrative burden so providers can stay organized and deliver high-quality care.

We’re a small, fast-moving team that cares deeply about our customers. Every role has real impact, and as we grow, your work will directly contribute to how we improve and scale our operations.

About The Role

As a Product Specialist, you’ll be the face of Office Puzzle for prospective customers—leading engaging product demos, answering questions, and ensuring potential clients clearly understand how our platform simplifies their daily operations.

You’ll spend most of your time preparing and delivering demos, while also supporting the broader business development engine through outbound outreach, conference participation, and partnership initiatives. This role bridges product expertise, relationship-building, and marketing execution.

This position requires the candidate to be based on the East Coast to support live demos, collaboration, and travel for conferences and field marketing events (approximately 3–5 times per year).

Key Responsibilities

Product Demo & Engagement (Core Focus)

  • Deliver compelling, high-impact product demos via Zoom to prospective customers.
  • Tailor demo flow and content based on agency size, service model, and user roles.
  • Answer questions clearly and confidently, demonstrating product expertise.
  • Track demo activity and outcomes in HubSpot and collaborate with Marketing on follow-up campaigns.

Outbound & Business Development Support

  • Conduct light outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to prospective customers.
  • Research target markets and identify potential leads or partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with demo scheduling, reminders, and post-demo follow-ups.

Conferences & Field Marketing

  • Represent Office Puzzle at regional and national events (3–5 per year).
  • Deliver live demos at the booth, engage attendees, and capture qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on logistics, collateral, and post-event campaigns.

Partnership & Brand Expansion

  • Support co-marketing or referral partnerships by coordinating outreach and content.
  • Help maintain partner materials and lead tracking for joint campaigns.
  • Share market insights from demos and events to inform marketing strategy.

Who Thrives in This Role

This role is a great fit for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and with warmth.
  • Feels energized by spending most of the day speaking with customers and being “on” during live interactions.
  • Enjoys talking to people, asking questions, and tailoring conversations in real time.
  • Is tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple leads or tasks.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
  • Takes initiative and brings a service-first mindset to every interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing or business development role (product demos, pre-sales, marketing, or partnerships).
  • Experience conducting virtual or live product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident presentation style.
  • Comfort using and learning SaaS tools (HubSpot, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Based on the East Coast with availability for travel (3–5 conferences per year).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled company
  • Familiarity with healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA therapy
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, HubSpot, Intercom, or Loom
  • Background in webinars, customer education, or help center content creation

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
