Job responsibilities
- Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for Product management/delivery operations and change initiatives
- Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
- Create presentation materials that clearly convey the business' product strategy, roadmap, and key successes to executive leadership and key stakeholders across JPMorgan
- Assist product and business leaders in crafting materials that effectively communicate their vision and its relevance to Acquiring Payment Rails leadership
- Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- Design crisp PowerPoint visualizations that convey complex information and insights that are clear and inspiring to audiences
- Coordinate agenda and materials for monthly executive business unit reviews; Provide thought leadership and guide development of agendas and materials for senior leadership offsites and recurring executive business reviews
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience and demonstrated success in Strategy, Product, Executive Communications, or Consulting
- Proven experience (5+ years) creating powerful presentations in PowerPoint, with strong portfolio samples showcasing previous work
- Demonstrated ability to engage and lead discussions with senior-level stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate degree in business or communicationspreferred; PowerPoint design - design and build high-impact presentation materials that communicate complex ideas and strategies effectively through text, charts, and creative visualizations
- Exceptional storytelling - craft communications for partners and executive leadership that translate complex work into clear and engaging narratives that resonate with various stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving - continually seek ways to adapt approach based on new information, identifying the most effective way to achieve the desired outcomes
- Critical thinking - distill complex information into clear, concise messages
- Multi-workstream organization - simultaneously manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects and streams of communication with both detailed and high-level views
- Stakeholder management - excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across a large, matrixed organization
- Tech/product delivery knowledge - familiarity and/or understanding of modern technology delivery processes and methodologies, particularly from a product management point of view (preferred); Experience with technology, product, or financial companies/roles (preferred)
