Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
We are seeking an experienced Product Portfolio Marketing Manager to own the global marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for the Loyalty portfolio within our B2B Services Marketing team that looks after the broader Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) portfolio.
As the single point of global ownership for Loyalty marketing, this role shapes product strategy into clear market narratives and scalable go-to-market plans. It is a high visibility, individual contributor role within Mastercard's integrated marketing model, providing strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape how Loyalty drives customer engagement, lifetime value, and growth across issuers, merchants, and partners worldwide.
All About the Role
• Own the global marketing strategy and positioning for the Loyalty portfolio, including priority audiences, core use cases, and value propositions. • Act as the Portfolio Marketing lead for Loyalty within CAE, ensuring a clear and consistent market narrative aligned to business objectives. • Partner closely with Product, Commercialization and Sales teams to understand product capabilities, roadmaps, and commercial priorities. • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for initiatives and new product launches, using defined launch tiers and checklists. • Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, customer centric storytelling for different buying audiences and channels. • Define channel strategy and activation priorities across digital, editorial, events, webinars, and field engagements. • Provide strategic direction to integrated marketing capability teams to deliver aligned, scalable campaigns and assets. • Review performance and engagement metrics, optimize investment, and refine approaches to support demand generation and deal conversion.
All About You
• Proven experience in product or portfolio marketing, ideally within loyalty, payments, fintech, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms. • Strong understanding of loyalty and rewards ecosystems is an advantage (e.g., issuer loyalty, travel rewards, merchant offers, customer engagement solutions). • Demonstrated success leading go-to-market strategy for complex, multi solution offerings in a global environment. • Ability to translate product and business strategy into compelling market narratives for senior commercial audiences. • Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization, influencing without formal authority and partnering across functions. • Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Data driven mindset with a clear focus on commercial impact and measurable outcomes. • Strategic, self-directed individual comfortable owning a global portfolio with high visibility and accountability.
