Who We Are

The Solana Foundation is a non-profit based in Zug, Switzerland, dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. Solana is a high performance blockchain that can deliver a fast and friendly user experience, without sacrificing security. The Solana Foundation is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information and value freely around the world. We are looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build.

The Opportunity

The Solana Foundation is looking for a Product Partnerships Manager to serve as the connective tissue between inbound demand and our product teams. You'll be the first point of contact for developers, companies, and projects looking to build on the Solana Developer Platform (SDP) and our growing suite of API products: qualifying leads, routing them to the right internal stakeholders, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

To be successful in this roleYou will:
  • Own the inbound pipeline. Receive, qualify, and triage incoming leads from developers, wallets, exchanges, fintechs, and other potential integration partners for SDP and API products.

  • Route with precision. Match leads to the right internal teams and stakeholders based on product fit, technical requirements, and strategic priority.

  • Keep the system honest. Maintain clean, detailed records in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) — every conversation logged, every handoff documented, every follow-up tracked.

  • Synthesize signal from noise. Surface recurring themes, feature requests, and integration patterns from inbound conversations to inform product roadmap discussions.

  • Close the loop. Follow up with partners post-handoff to ensure they're progressing, flag blockers to internal teams, and keep the experience smooth from first touch through integration.

  • Brief stakeholders. Prepare and share concise notes, weekly pipeline summaries, and partner briefs for product and leadership.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with product, engineering, developer relations, and marketing to ensure alignment on partner priorities and messaging.

You ideally have:
  • Quality experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or solutions consulting, ideally at a developer platform, API company, or infrastructure provider.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and structure.

  • Strong written communication skills. Your notes are clear enough that someone picking up a cold conversation knows exactly where things stand.

  • Comfort engaging with technical products, with the ability to confidently discuss APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.

  • Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem, including an understanding of DeFi protocols and onchain infrastructure.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to manage customer relationships and workflows.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
