Most product roles keep you managing backlogs. Few give you the chance to shape solutions that redefine how healthcare and marketing intersect. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, loves aligning business goals with technology, and wants to own the “why” and “what” behind the products we build.
Responsibilities
- Own the Vision: Define the product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals, client needs, and market opportunities.
- Shape the Backlog: Translate ideas into clear user stories, prioritize them against business value, and make tough trade-offs to keep delivery focused.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Serve as the voice of the customer and business to development teams, ensuring what we build solves real-world challenges.
- Validate & Learn: Drive discovery, testing, and iteration—making sure features deliver measurable outcomes, not just outputs.
- Collaborate Relentlessly: Partner with stakeholders across operations, data, engineering, and design to bring product ideas to life.
- Deliver with Agility: Champion agile practices, refine processes, and keep teams aligned on vision, scope, and value.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role (10+ years).
- A track record of defining product roadmaps and writing clear, actionable user stories.
- Comfort making decisions with data—and knowing when intuition and domain knowledge matter more.
- Familiarity with core development platforms and hands-on AI application in workflow
- Understanding of healthcare/pharma compliance (FDA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) or interest in learning.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution—you can zoom in and out seamlessly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams with radical candor and open communication to drive effective decision-making and achieve organizational goals.
Why You'll Love It
- Impact: Your work shapes how life sciences companies connect with patients, providers, and payers—at scale.
- Challenge + Purpose: You’ll wrestle with complex business and technology problems that directly influence real-world outcomes.
- Growth: Exposure to product strategy, healthcare innovation, and advanced technology—beyond what most product roles offer.
- Team: A culture that values curiosity, ownership, and collaboration—where your ideas actually shape the roadmap.
- If you’re a product leader who asks not only “What should we build next?” but also “Why does this matter for the business and the end user?” — you’ll thrive here.
