As a Product Owner Sr within PNC's Treasury Management Group, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or within the PNC Footprint.
PNC requires a dynamic product owner who thrives in fast-paced technology environments to assist in development activities for our Embedded Finance program for our Corporate and Institutional clients. PNC provides a comprehensive API toolkit as well as connectors that integrate into ERPs, financial software, and treasury workstations with the goal of simplifying
client experiences.

The candidate will:
· Collaborate with our Product Manager for embedded finance connectors to deliver integrations into the systems are clients are using to conduct their financial activities.
· Partner with external parties that offer client integration capabilities, working with PNC processes for vendor man
· Execute Agile and Dev Ops best practices to efficiently develop capabilities with a dedicated crew of developers focused on integrations into our platforms are clients utilize
· Work with the pre-sales, implementation, and customer care organizations to ensure new integrations that are developed operate efficiently
· Define, monitor, and analyze program performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve all facets of the client experience – from client onboarding to servicing
· Stay abreast of emerging trends and development practices to maximize efficiency of the Agile crew

Job Description

• Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
• Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value.
• Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value.
• Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
• Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
