Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog: define, prioritize, and refine user stories based on business value and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features that meet quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team regarding product functionality and roadmap priorities.
Ensure product features align with business objectives, user expectations, and overall product vision.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Continuously evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in writing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 52,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 182,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
