Galaxia Technologies Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Owner to drive the strategic direction and delivery of mission-critical software solutions. As the Lead Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing multiple product backlogs, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of product strategies. This role requires a proven leader with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-impact results in complex and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage multiple product backlogs, prioritizing features and tasks based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and establish clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to drive efficient development workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Prepare and deliver updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field and 10+ years experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role; or Master’s Degree and 8+ years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple product backlogs and delivering enterprise-level software solutions.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Highly proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other product management platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a CI polygraph.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar.
- Experience leading product teams in DevSecOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
- Previous experience in government or defense-related product development environments.
- Expertise in aligning product strategy with organizational and mission objectives.
