This individual contributor role is part of the Portfolio Strategy and Operations team within the Product organization. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders on critical reporting to promote transparency and efficiency across the organization. You will report to and be mentored by the Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Establish and track key performance metrics used to assess product performance, including financial performance, product usage and adoption, and market research
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect data and product ongoing product related reporting packages
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement across the Product Management organization, leading the design and implementation of these solutions
  • Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration or related analytical field
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance; familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry a plus
  • Experience using Excel to create reporting and conduct analyses
  • Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Light to moderate travel may be required

Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
