We're seeking an AI-centered Product Operations Manager to be at the forefront of operationalizing our intelligent product features, ensuring they deliver unparalleled value and efficiency to our users.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive Product Rollouts & Adoption: Work closely with product, design, operations, and engineering to create our outreach and rollout plans for some of our most important features with our users.
  • Influence Product Development: As part of the product development lifecycle, you'll test new capabilities, learn, and influence the product/engineering team to update the roadmap, and scale it through software.
  • Optimize AI Performance & Impact: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of AI features, leveraging data-driven insights to directly influence the AI product roadmap and ensure operational excellence.
  • Champion AI User Experience: Serve as a key advocate for our users, providing critical feedback on AI-powered features and gathering community insights to foster meaningful engagement and adoption.
  • Streamline AI Operations: Spearhead strategic initiatives and implement automation to improve the efficiency, scalability, and overall user experience of our AI products.

Who You Are:

  • Product Operations Expertise (5+ years): You have a proven track record in Product Operations, successfully delivering and scaling innovative products that you're immensely proud of, always seeking continuous improvement.
  • AI Acumen: You're not just familiar with AI; you're an enthusiast who actively explores the latest AI technologies and tools, understanding their potential to empower builders and transform user experiences.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Possess strong analytical and statistical skills, with extensive experience in defining, executing, and interpreting A/B tests, conducting comprehensive funnel analyses, and developing data-backed go-to-market strategies. You excel at blending quantitative insights with qualitative user empathy to solve complex problems.
  • Automation Pro: Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms, enabling you to streamline operational workflows, particularly those supporting AI product lifecycles.
  • Technically Proficient: You are comfortable with SQL and/or other data analysis tools, capable of extracting and manipulating data to inform decisions. You understand technical concepts and can effectively communicate with engineering and data science teams.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: You seamlessly shift between high-level strategic thinking and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute detailed tasks to achieve ambitious goals.

Nice To Have:

  • Team Leadership: Experience as a Team Lead, driving team performance and optimizing Product Operations workflows to maximize impact.
  • Growth & Marketplace Experience: Prior experience working on growth teams and/or within marketplace businesses, understanding the unique dynamics and operational challenges of such platforms.

For CA based applicants:

  • The base salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000
  • This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
