Job Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Marketing & Product Management team to deliver a best-in-class product portfolio that exceeds customer expectations and drives business growth.

This role owns a defined product portfolio globally and is responsible for all product marketing activities across the full product lifecycle—from concept and development through launch and long-term portfolio management. You will act as a strategic partner across cross-functional teams, leading marketing and product management initiatives from inception to completion.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the Product Marketing Leader for an assigned portfolio 
    • Lead pipeline planning, product forecasting, and portfolio strategy 
    • Own global product launch planning and execution 
    • Develop product positioning, messaging, and differentiation 
    • Create and manage sales tools, collateral, and promotional plans 
  • Lead marketing projects end-to-end, from concept through execution and      post-launch analysis 
  • Manage and optimize the product marketing lifecycle, ensuring alignment with      business objectives and market needs 
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and      growth opportunities 
  • Analyze competitive landscape and industry best practices to inform product and      marketing strategies 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and user      stories 
  • Support development and maintenance of the product roadmap, incorporating customer      insights and business priorities 
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, R&D, operations, and marketing teams to      ensure alignment and successful execution 
  • Train, support, and motivate sales teams by delivering product education,      messaging, and tools that drive performance 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and user      insights to evaluate product success and identify opportunities 
  • Ensure all product documentation and marketing materials are accurate, current,      and accessible 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned  

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making and identify trends 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders 
  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion 
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and enable sales teams 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree      preferred) 
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related      roles 
  • Experience in forecasting and portfolio planning 
  • Experience managing the full marketing lifecycle 
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives from concept through execution 
  • Experience in partnering with global sales teams, understanding key sales needs &      delivering timely and relevant solutions
  • Global marketing experience preferred 

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of light to moderate objects 
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Hybrid Work Structure, 2-3 days in office
