As the Product Marketing Manager, you'll lead strategic launches, translate complex tech narratives, and produce compelling market content for AI agents and infrastructure.
The summary above was generated by AI

Everyone's building AI agents, but almost nobody gets them to production.

Building an impressive demo is easy. Building an AI agent that can securely take action inside enterprise systems is hard. The moment an agent accesses customer data, executes a workflow, or makes changes on behalf of a user, authorization, governance, and trust become the real engineering challenge.

Arcade is the MCP runtime that gives agents the power to do both seamlessly. We connect agents to the systems they act in, then give each one a permission slip and a paper trail - proof of what it's allowed to do, and a record of what it did. That's what makes AI safe to turn loose: real actions, on real systems, already shipping inside Fortune 100 companies.

The Revolution Needs You

Every AI app needs agentic tools that let AI models take real actions. Without tools, AI can only chat. With tools, AI can actually do things. We're building the definitive tools catalog, actions platform, and governance model that will unlock AI's true potential. Think Zapier for AI Actions. Think Auth0 for AI. Think really big.

Why This Is The Opportunity of a Lifetime
  • Traction: Real deployments with Fortune-100 customers like Morgan Stanley and Open Table

  • Founder-Market Fit: Our CEO previously founded Stormpath (acquired by Okta), where he created the first Authentication API for developers. He's done this before - and this time the market is 10x bigger. Our CTO led the vector database team at Redis, shipped 100+ LLM applications, and is a contributor to LangChain and LlamaIndex. He knows this space better than anyone.

  • Dream Team: We've assembled authentication, integrations, distributed systems, and AI experts from Okta, Redis, Microsoft, Splunk, Ngrok, Google, Airbyte, Disney, and HPE who've built and founded multiple successful developer platforms.

  • Perfect Timing: Every enterprise is racing to put agents in production - almost none get there. The problem isn't better models, it's proving which agent can take which action, on behalf of which user, against which system. That's us.

  • Massive Market : We're building critical infrastructure for the biggest technological shift of our generation. Every AI app will need what we're building.

  • Backed By The Best: Our Series A round is led by SYN Ventures, with strategic investment from Morgan Stanley and Wipro. Our earlier investors have also backed Databricks, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Perplexity, Cohere, ScaleAI, Confluent, Elastic, and Firebase. They see what we see - this is going to be huge.

The Challenge

We have a category-defining product at the exact right moment. Now we need someone who can make our message land with maximum impact in the market.

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you'll design launches that get attention, produce the assets that make our positioning stand out, and shape how we show up in the market. You'll work directly with engineering and product to translate technical depth into narratives that resonate, then execute on making those narratives impossible to ignore.

What You'll Do
  • Lead strategic product launches that create market momentum, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing

  • Stay deeply curious about the AI agent market - track competitor moves, identify emerging trends, and produce thought leadership content that positions Arcade ahead of the curve

  • Produce technical content that actually gets used: launch narratives, solution briefs, competitive teardowns, demos, and sales enablement

  • Work directly with engineering and product teams as a strategic partner - deeply understanding technical architecture while shaping how we talk about our roadmap and differentiation in ways that resonate with the market

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for multiple audiences: developers, AI/ML leaders, security teams, and executives

Required Skills
  • 5+ years in product marketing at technical infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML companies

  • Strong technical curiosity and willingness to get hands-on - you're not afraid to spin up an agent, test integrations, read documentation, or automate repetitive tasks to truly understand what you're marketing

  • Deep understanding of AI agents, LLMs, tool-calling, and production deployment challenges within enterprises

  • Experience with both enterprise sales cycles and self-service/PLG motions - you understand how to message differently for bottoms-up adoption vs. top-down enterprise deals

  • Outstanding writer and storyteller who can make technical concepts accessible without dumbing them down

  • Startup mentality - you produce fast, iterate based on feedback, and don't wait for perfect information

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally with strong opinions, loosely held

  • Bonus: Experience with enterprise security, authentication, and authorization concepts (OAuth, SSO, RBAC, etc.)

What Makes You Different

You're technical enough that engineers respect you. You can ask the questions that make product teams think harder about positioning. But you're also a marketer who knows that technical superiority doesn't win alone. You understand buyer psychology, competitive dynamics, and how to craft narratives that stick.

You don't just summarize what product built - you challenge assumptions, push for clearer differentiation, and advocate for the customer's perspective in product conversations.

Join The Movement

We're building the infrastructure layer that will power enterprise AI agent deployment at scale. This is your chance to define how the market understands agent authorization and production AI infrastructure.

If you want to look back in 5 years and say "I shaped how people think about AI agents in production", then we want to talk to you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
