We’reseeking an experienced, driven Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for our product portfolio. This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening revenue motions, refining positioning, and driving measurable growth for established offerings. 

You will be expected to assess market opportunity, define a clear strategy, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business results. This role carries real ownership and accountability for revenue impact.This is not a passive support function. This is a role for someone who wants to shape direction and be accountable for outcomes. 

Who You Are: 

You are analytical, structured, and outcome oriented. You know how to evaluate a product’s current performance, identify gaps in the revenue motion, and build a focused strategy that drives growth.You are comfortable working across Sales, Product, Demand Generation, Content, and Customer Success to align priorities and translate strategy into execution. You bring both strategic thinking and disciplined follow-through. You influence without authority and earn credibility through clarity and results.You care about measurable impact. 

What You Get to Do Every Day: 

  • Own the strategy: Evaluate pipeline performance, win/loss trends, market opportunity, and competitive positioning to define a focused go-to-market plan grounded in data. 
  • Clarify positioning and messaging: Refine ICP definition, buyer personas, and value propositions to ensure strong differentiation and relevance. 
  • Strengthen the revenue motion: Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve outbound and expansion efforts through enablement, messaging, and structured execution plans. 
  • Drive demand intentionally: Propose demand strategies rooted in research and performance insights. Collaborate with Content and Demand Generation teams to develop and activate campaigns and assets aligned to revenue goals. 
  • Connect the dots: Serve as a cross-functional connector across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, prioritization, and cohesive execution. 
  • Deliver measurable outcomes: Track performance, analyze results, and iterate to improve pipeline growth, conversion rates, and overall revenue impact. 

What You Bring to the Role: 

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience 
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B technology 
  • Demonstrated success building and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable revenue growth 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, and marketing automation platforms  
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM data, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics 
  • Experience enabling Sales teams with clear messaging and structured motions 
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and senior leaders without direct authority 
  • Strategic mindset paired with disciplined execution 
  • Clear, structured communication skills 
  • Must be located in Austin metro area and comfortable with a hybrid work model 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Security/emergency management markets 
  • Experience in a growth-stage company where you’ve built structure and repeatable processes
