About The Team

Eventeny was founded on the belief that managing large-scale events with hundreds of exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers should not be stressful and burdensome. Our mission is to remove event organizers from being the 5th most stressful job in the world. That's why we built Eventeny and continue to work every day on the biggest problems in the event industry. We don't just dream it, we build it. Today, Eventeny serves more than 24,000 large festivals and conventions worldwide.

Our customers come from all walks of life, and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. We don’t think we should have to advertise that we’re LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and disability friendly, or that we put our employees mental and physical health before everything else, but we do, because it’s not the norm for most companies (yet!).

We’re a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming team of individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Our team works closely together to brainstorm and improve our processes and the customer experience every single day. We prioritize our work based on what's best for our customers, not what’s going to make us the most money.

If you share our values and our enthusiasm for events, you will find a home at Eventeny.

Eventeny is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. Eventeny considers qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law. Eventeny is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at [email protected].

Overview

We’re on the hunt for a Product Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, product, and customer experiences to new heights. In this leadership role, you’ll own the strategy, process, and performance of our product marketing division—driving operational efficiency, team collaboration, and creative excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and sales to align go-to-market strategies, streamline execution, and bring meaningful innovation to how our products connect with the world.

This is both a strategic and operational leadership role — one that combines high-level vision with hands-on management to ensure every launch, message, and campaign runs smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and manage scalable go-to-market frameworks for product launches and feature updates, ensuring cross-functional alignment, accountability, and measurable results.
  • Process Optimization: Establish and refine repeatable processes and playbooks for launches, campaigns, and reporting to increase operational efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning frameworks that communicate the unique value of our products and resonate with target audiences.
  • Operational Leadership: Build structure within the product marketing function—defining workflows, timelines, and communication systems that ensure smooth execution from strategy to delivery.
  • Customer Enablement: Partner with the customer team to develop high-impact collateral, including case studies, FAQs, decks, and training materials that drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Create and manage programs that strengthen customer relationships, collect testimonials, and capture insights to inform both marketing and product development.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of creative assets and campaigns that elevate the brand, inspire loyalty, and deliver memorable “magic moments” for customers.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and lead post-mortem reviews to measure the success of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Lead research efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor the product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Guide team members through professional development and performance growth.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product, sales, customer success, and design leadership to ensure cohesive communication, unified objectives, and efficient workflows.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on product marketing, operational, and industry trends, sharing insights and resources to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Event & Industry Presence: Occasionally travel to conferences and events to represent Eventeny and support company growth initiatives

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
