Position Summary:
The Product Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to work with an experienced marketing and product management team where you will have immediate impact. We have developed a modern PMM workflow that leverages AI to accelerate research, messaging development, and GTM execution. You will operate at the cutting edge of modern product marketing management. The Product Marketing Manager will own product messaging and GTM support for assigned products across our Strategic and Key segments.
This role focuses on:
Translating product capabilities into clear, defensible messaging
Supporting quarterly product launches
Ensuring Sales-ready positioning that is accurate and competitive
Maintaining messaging alignment as products evolve
This is a role for someone who wants to build real product marketing expertise inside a strong operating model while contributing to a rapidly evolving AI platform. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement to ensure positioning reflects current product reality and supports successful deals.
This role is ideal for a positive, energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is naturally curious about emerging technologies, and takes ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Messaging Frameworks and other core messaging assets for assigned products
- Own, organize and maintain assets
- Ensure messaging reflects current product capabilities
- Partner with Marketing to inform product-led content strategy aligned to positioning and launch priorities
- Create launch messaging briefs for quarterly product updates
- Deliver sales-ready value statements and position narratives
- Support enablement sessions for major releases
- Develop and maintain competitive battlecards
- Create clear differentiation narratives
- Provide objection-handling guidance aligned to approved messaging
- Collect structured feedback from Sales and Customer Success
- Incorporate validated customer pain points into messaging updates
- Contribute to proof points and positioning refinements
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software (required)
- Hands-on experience crafting effective AI prompts to accelerate research, messaging development, and content creation (required)
- Success managing end-to-end product launches and GTM strategies
- Strong ability to translate technical details into clear, defensible customer value
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to messaging accuracy and consistency
- Experience developing or contributing to B2B content strategy aligned to product positioning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, energetic self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Experience in legal tech is a plus
