We’re looking for a founding Product Marketing Manager who will shape our product-centric go-to-market strategy and help define how Resi is understood, valued, and adopted as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, shaping how complex capabilities turn into clear stories that accelerate pipeline and stick in real customer conversations.

This person will become a product and platform expert, deeply familiar with the details that make Resi different, and skilled at deciding which of those details matter most in the market. They’ll influence how we show up across marketing channels and sales motions, translating strategy into messaging, enablement, and content that drives momentum.

The ideal candidate brings strong product marketing instincts and a creative edge. They’re curious, hands-on, and energized by turning ideas into something that actually lands. They value craft and are motivated by impact, with a clear focus on helping the business move faster and smarter.

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning for each product and feature, articulating value in a way that resonates with our audiences.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on customer feedback, competitor insights, and performance data.
  • Ensure consistent narrative across all marketing, sales, and product materials.

Product Storytelling & Translation

  • Become a deep expert in the platform, its capabilities, and the technical details that make it unique.
  • Translate product functionality into stories that clearly demonstrate value and impact for our customers.
  • Create product briefs, feature summaries, and campaign narratives that bring the platform to life across internal and external channels.
  • Develop creative concepts and designs that visually express product stories across the website, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner closely with product to maintain a feedback loop, documenting updates, releases, and enhancements, and sharing them across GTM teams.

Sales & Enablement Support

  • Develop and maintain product one-sheets, decks, and talk tracks that equip the sales team to communicate product value effectively.
  • Translate platform updates into use cases and benefits tailored to key customer segments.
  • Gather feedback from the field to inform ongoing product and messaging improvements.

Go-To-Market & Launches

  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales to plan and execute new product launches and major updates.
  • Coordinate messaging, audience insights, and enablement materials to ensure internal alignment and external clarity.
  • Support marketing in integrating product narratives into channel campaigns, content, and event activations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns reflect accurate product value and positioning.
  • Provide strategic input on how to integrate product stories and proof points across acquisition and retention channels.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Maintain a strong understanding of our market landscape, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Surface insights that inform product roadmap discussions and GTM strategy.
  • Identify emerging multifamily marketing trends to strengthen product roadmap and positioning.

What You Bring

  • 4–7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bonus points for experience in B2B SaaS and proptech, martech, or multifamily.
  • Proven ability to translate complex or technical products into clear, creative, and compelling stories.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.

What’s In It For You

  • A remote-only, flexible work environment.
  • A team with heart and passion for driving multifamily forward.
  • Competitive compensation, discretionary time off, medical + dental + vision, parental leave, 401(k) match, education and wellness reimbursement, work from home kickstart stipend, and so much more. Visit getresi.com/careers to learn more.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
