At Kixie, we’re on a mission to empower sales professionals with a powerful, all-in-one sales engagement platform. Behind our cutting-edge product are the individuals who drive it forward. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment, where every team member’s contribution is an impact to our success! If you're someone who thrives on challenges, finds joy in solving meaningful problems, and seeks to help shape the future of sales engagement - Kixie is the place for you!

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager with deep GTM SaaS experience, ideally from a calling, SMS, or sales engagement platform, to own product positioning, launches, and sales enablement across a mature, revenue-critical product suite.

You will be expected to take strong positions, influence Product and Sales, and tie messaging directly to revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Own:

Product positioning and narrative
Own Kixie’s core messaging across calling, SMS, speed-to-lead, and AI-assisted workflows.
Translate telephony, deliverability, compliance, and workflow complexity into clear buyer value.
Build competitive narratives that win in crowded GTM software categories.

Revenue-driven launches
Lead launches end-to-end: internal enablement, external messaging, and lifecycle activation.
Ensure launches drive real adoption, not just announcements.
Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap framing and packaging.

Sales enablement
Build pitch decks, demo narratives, battlecards, one-pagers, and objection handling.
Sit in on sales calls and fix what’s breaking deals.
Be prescriptive about what sales should say and what they should stop saying.

Market and customer insight
Turn win/loss data, customer interviews, and usage signals into sharper positioning.
Pressure-test roadmap decisions from a GTM and revenue lens.
Keep Product, Sales, and Marketing aligned on buyer reality.

Required Experience:

Must-haves
4–7+ years in Product Marketing at a B2B GTM SaaS company.
Direct experience in marketing calling, SMS, sales engagement, RevOps, or adjacent sales technology.
Proven ownership of competitive positioning and sales enablement.
Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams in SMB or mid-market.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills with zero tolerance for buzzwords.

Strongly preferred
Experience from a calling, SMS, dialer, CPaaS, or sales engagement platform provider.
Familiarity with compliance, deliverability, and call quality considerations.
Experience repositioning or maturing an existing product, not just launching greenfield features.

This Role Is Not
A feature release note factory.
A brand-only or content-only marketing role.
A passive liaison between Product and Sales.

How You’ll Be Measured
Sales adoption of messaging and enablement.
Launch impact on feature usage and pipeline velocity.
Competitive win rates and objection handling effectiveness.
Clarity and consistency of the product narrative across channels.
Revenue impact, not vanity metrics.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
