This role is for a Product Marketing Manager focused on leveraging data analysis and experimentation to drive strategic decisions for Axonius's security platform. If you’ve been wanting to break into product marketing and have a strong analytical background and a talent for translating complex concepts into clear, compelling stories, this is the perfect opportunity to have an impact. This individual will become the team's expert in pricing strategy and packaging optimization, while also working closely with the rest of Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to execute on our product go-to-market strategy. The core mission of the Product Marketing team is to refine market positioning, enable the sales force, and measure impact on pipeline and revenue through rigorous, data-driven methods.  

Responsibilities
  • Execute pricing and packaging analysis, including competitive benchmarking, customer value assessment, and ROI modeling, to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct systematic analysis of deal data, competitive movements, and customer feedback, synthesizing findings into quarterly, actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and iterate on positioning and messaging for Axonius value propositions based on competitive intelligence, win/loss data, and documented customer insights.
  • Produce and maintain sales enablement assets (e.g., battle cards, sales decks, objection handlers), ensuring clear and up-to-date communication of product differentiation to Sales and Sales Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in roles focused on data analysis and data-driven decision making (e.g., pricing/revenue analysis, growth marketing, or business analysis).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis tools, including comfort with SQL, spreadsheets, and/or Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Amplitude).
  • Experience conducting financial analysis, statistical analysis, A/B testing, or designing experiments to produce business decisions.
  • Track record of generating and presenting clear, compelling stories and positioning based on data insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in pricing analysis, business intelligence, financial modeling, or financial analysis roles; or experience in growth marketing or growth engineering 
  • High-tech sales or technical experience (SDR, sales engineer, or enterprise sales background) with understanding of the sales cycle, buyer psychology and deal dynamics
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, IT operations, or adjacent B2B technical categories
  • Hands-on experience with sales analytics tools
  • Prior experience in a startup or scaling company environment where you wore multiple hats and prioritized impact over process

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)
$160,000$180,000 USD
