We are seeking a creative and innovative Product Marketing Manager to optimize our product marketing strategies and increase our competitiveness.  As a Product Marketing Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, analyze competitive behavior, and identify market trends. You will use those insights to drive impactful messaging and go-to-market activities, deliver tools and training to the sales team, and help expand our market share.

To be successful in this in this role, you should demonstrate a great track record in managing product marketing activities and interpreting marketing metrics.  You will be a product champion and a brand ambassador that can clearly communicate audience-specific content that conveys our value, vision, and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape and drive the product and go-to-market strategies. Own and orchestrate the end-to-end strategy and execution of major product launches or complex GTM initiatives critical to the business, often spanning multiple product lines or regions—from beta through to full launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Develop product messaging and positioning, understanding key value drivers in the market, our unique value proposition, and how our users perceive our product. 
  • Work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager and the product team to understand the strategic direction of our company and help influence the direction of our roadmaps through your understanding of market and buyer needs.
  • Establish processes to gather and analyze market and customer dynamics, needs and trends.
  • Use Competitive intelligence to inform product, pricing and marketing activities. 
  • Enable Sales teams at all levels on our value proposition and messaging. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, operations, and sales to drive the execution of product or new feature launches.
  • Provide product and vertical expertise for the creation of customer-facing content and sales enablement tools including website pages, sales decks, blog posts, case studies, datasheets, webinars, and white papers.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on program performance.
  • Manage marketing spend and forecast and ensure that deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Accurate products and services.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience, preferably in a service or software related industry.
  • Proven track record and experience in executing marketing programs, GTM programs  and product marketing deliverables.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams. 
  • Can work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Ability to excel within a multi-faceted organization and a in cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and analytical expertise and the ability to articulate concepts and ideas.
  • Experience in launching technical products.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo).
  • Marketing Project Management tool familiarity (e.g. Basecamp, Asana).
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint. Both in using and in building content. 
  • Prefer candidates who have worked for or with companies that market/sell to Human Resources or have worked in background screening.
