CREATE MASSIVE IMPACT 🚀As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy for two of Superhuman's most important product bets: AI and Calendar. You'll craft category-defining narratives, lead high-impact launches, and collaborate across Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. From influencing product direction through research to executing flawless launches, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our most innovative ideas to market—and ensuring their success.
- Drive Calendar Product Marketing: Lead GTM strategy, including customer segmentation, messaging, betas, and product launches, for our dedicated Calendar experience. Shape the narrative for this emerging product area to deliver customer value and fuel growth for the business.
- Support AI Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop positioning, messaging, onboarding, and in-product guidance for Superhuman’s AI features to increase activation and usage. Drive customer acquisition impact through targeted launches and campaigns.
- Customer Research & Insights: Deepen our understanding of target users across technology and professional services workflows. Use qualitative and quantitative research, competitive intel, and feedback loops to improve product/market fit and influence roadmap priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Success leaders to align priorities, shape launch timing, and champion insight-led advocacy across the company.
- Decision-Making Ownership: Own day-to-day GTM plans, positioning, and messaging for AI and Calendar products. Drive key adoption and usage metrics, and collaborate on prioritizing features that deliver the most customer and business impact.
- Experience: You likely have 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, with a track record of launching product and owning go-to-market strategies from concept to launch. Your background includes crafting positioning and messaging, leading cross-functional launches, and driving adoption and engagement for new product features. Experience in zero-to-one product work — particularly in AI-powered tools or calendar products — is a plus.
- Strategic Thinker – You analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. You anticipate market trends, adapt strategies quickly, and thrive in zero-to-one product environments, balancing priorities across multiple product pods.
- Customer & Market Insightful – You deeply understand customer needs and synthesize research to guide roadmap and GTM priorities. You know how to spot differentiation opportunities, and you may bring bonus expertise in Calendar products or AI-powered productivity tools.
- Product Positioning and Messaging – You craft compelling, category-defining product stories that cut through noise. You align messaging with the brand, differentiate in crowded markets, and collaborate closely with executives on storytelling.
- Product Development & Go-to-Market Planning – You partner with Product and Design during early development to influence the roadmap, then create and execute GTM strategies that drive adoption, retention, and revenue. You excel at managing multiple overlapping launches and iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Data-Informed Decision Maker – You define and track adoption, engagement, and retention metrics. You interpret complex data to guide GTM decisions and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Influencer – You build trust and alignment across Product, Design, Sales, CS, Marketing, and partner organizations. You influence without direct authority and navigate competing priorities with ease.
- Versatile Operator – You adapt quickly, moving between strategy and execution with minimal oversight. You take ownership of ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end results across a wide range of business and product challenges.
- AI Enthusiast: You believe AI will revolutionize how we work as well as the experiences that we create for our customers. Driven by passion and curiosity, you leverage AI to dramatically increase your own productivity and the impact of your team.
